Description
 
These Big AL support nuts do not have a nyloc insert and require loctite to keep them from loosening.  They are great for racing applications where repeated re-use would make the nyloc style inneffective over time.  They also work when the threads of shorter studs aren't tall enough to engage a nyloc insert on a 1/2" nut.  They can also be used as a less expensive alternative to the nyloc nuts for those comfortable with applying loc-tite.
