How do I return an item?

By ordering from this site you agree to be bound to the terms of this return policy.  New items that were ordered in error can be returned, freight pre-paid, for a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking and handling fee.  New items that have pre-shipping product damage, are new in package but defective, or significantly not as described (sent in error) must be returned pre-paid, but will be replaced prepaid or the full purchase price refunded.  Your item must arrive here within 14 days from the date the complete shipment was delivered.  You must email or call for an RGA number and put that number on the outside of the package and on the original invoice or packing slip placed inside the package, or it will not be accepted.  You must use a commercial carrier with tracking and you must provide us the tracking number by email, the day the package is entered into the system.  If you don't insure the package, you are responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation to us.  You must package the item in the same or similar method as original.  Items ordered in error, must be returned with their original packaging or they are not resalable and will not be accepted.  New items returned that have been installed or used will not be accepted.  Special orders like custom color skis and items described as closeout, liquidation, over-stock, used, or opened will not be eligible for return.  Items ineligible for refund will be shipped back to you only at your cost.  Once opened, installed or used, all items are covered only under their respective manufacturers warranties, if applicable and are not eligible for return to us.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy, don't hesitate to ask!
